Just a short post to show you this little birdie and to tell you that sewing the nine patches is going fine!

Do you see the shadow in this photo? We have sunshine, really lovely weather outside. So than, what am I doing here behind the computer???

Help.. I'm incorrigible..!

    What do you use to make the legs?
    He is a cute birdie. I love the polka dot green material :) it makes me smile.

    So glad your getting some sun. Even if your not outside in it, it still makes life sunier :)

    I have never had much luck making animals out of bronze. I mostly stick to larger items. Great job though!

    you definately should be outside when the sun is shining! here we have so much sunshine, it really doesn't matter if we miss a bit. my sister is in holland at the moment and she said the first three days of rain were fun ...... but the novelty wore off - ha ha ha.
    i can't wait to see the nine patch quilt. it is a nice simple block but it's good for showing off fabrics.
