more tea cozies

Easter was cold, snow white, hail and sunshine...we experienced it all!
But it was warm inside so I spent some time behind the sewing machine to make two new tea cozies for the dutch sisters shop.

They were lots of fun to make and for a special touch I gave each one different curtains.

The one in the middle (above) is not finished yet.

And I made a little basket to hold teabags in. It's from the same pattern as the one from my previous post.

The post on which I received so many lovely comments, I feel overwhelmed. Tomorrow is the last day to enter this giveaway and the drawing and announcement of the winner will be on thursday.
So if you want to be in for this drawing, please feel free to leave a comment.
I'm of now, have to finish the pink flower cozy!

The tea cozies are adorable. Even if one doesn't drink tea, they would be so tempting to have in the kitchen, so cheerful.

Hello Conny,

What a great blog, you have!! And what a beautifull things you're making. I love that house and I'm definitely going to use yourpattern for the gift wraps. Adore them!!

Congratulations on your 1 one blog birthday. I'm still a beginner in blogging, just a few weeks. Also a beginner in sewing and crochet (half a year now, I guess) but you have to start somewhere! I'm going to read here more often and learn from you!

Greetings from Lisette.

I love your teacozies! You add such lovely finishing details, Corry. I would have the teacozy on display all the time - not just for when I'm serving tea. ;o)

Very pretty tea cozy designs--I can see making a little quilt of blocks similarly designed. My daughter would love it! I'd be thrilled if the panel with the door and windows is this a pattern you are willing to share :)
