mix and match fall colors


This plant gives me an autumn feeling.
Warm colors like orange, brown and earthly green.
Such a pretty colors.

I went through my stash and did a bit of mix and match in search for that warm autumn feeling
 and eartly colors. hmmm, I think I need more green.....

Ik vind het altijd heerlijk om hier je stapeltjes stoffen te zien, geweldige kleuren inderdaad. Ik ben het met je eens dat er voor de herfst nog wel wat groen bij mag; heerlijk nog wat aanschaffen? Veel succes met je nieuwe quilt. Heb je volgende week ook vakantie om weer eens lekker aan de knutsel te gaan? Wij (regio midden) hebben het deze week, jammer dat het zo kort is!

I think a log cabin quilt out of those fabrics would be beautiful. I lvoe the polka dot I can see peeking out and I love the stripe and the darkest brown fabric. Really, I love them all!

Love the red and green of the plants in the big tea cup Corry, did you put that together yourself ? I fancy a go at making one of those.

Dat gaat weer prachtig worden!!! En inderdaad, nog wat groen erbij en je hebt je eigen heerlijke herfstpracht! Daar gaan je vingers toch weer van jeuken! Hmmm... al die mooie stofjes geven weer een inspiratie-boost!

I am loving green at the moment, so I agree that a little bit of green would be lovely. Isn't it lovely to have a big enough stash to be able to make a quilt! (don't tell anyone, but my stash would make quite a few quilts) hahaha
