Flowers

When I came down this morning the house smelled like flowers.
Hyacints have a very strong scent. You either hate or you love it.
Well, i love that sweet flowery, fruity smell!

hyacint

That strong hyacint perfume made me want to wear my flowery skirt!

flowers on my skirt

And talking about flowers
See this fantastic link, LPF ribbons.
You probably know about this site but it is totally new to me!
They have the most gorgeous ribbons.
Here are some of my favorites!

Have a flowery monday too!

I can't share your love for Hyacinth because they cause me to have an asthma-like attack if I have them in the house :-( You might like to check out the flowers on my blog today though :-)

I love hyacinth but am afraid to buy them. I had to put some beautiful lilies outside as they just made me gasp for air. Nothing so beautiful should do that to a person. I am sad but am afraid I can no longer have scented flowers in my home. I am glad I can buy tulips when I get out. I will have to get some this week.

Your flower skirt is wonderful! And so are the ribbons. I have my eye on one for a quilt. Have to look into how much postage is.

Hugs en groetjes ~
Heidi

Groetjes!

I just went to the ribbon website. Whew...that's expensive! I actually have some of the 2nd one down that I bought at a local fabric shop. I can't imagine I paid $10 a yard for it. But I really love the 3rd one down. Ooo...
