let's quilt!
Just a little update on my last post.
As you can see I'm busy quilting. I like quilting by hand, using a hoop. With a hoop I find it easier to rotate and handle the quilt. Another reason is; my stitches become more even. I quilt a heart pattern in each triangle, I like to keep it simple. Hopefully I can show you a finished result next time I post!
This is what I came home to on friday! My Moo cards... they were waiting for me on the doormat. So cute...don't you just love them!
For I forget.... I have two more new fabrics added to my Kaffe Fassett collection. I particularly like the purple border fabric!
I hope to make a quilt out of my "Fassett's" some time! That's after I've find a nice pattern and my collection is grow out of its box!

ps what are moo cards?
they look cute.
I love your bright quilt sitting and hand stitching is so relaxing. LOVE the moo cards.
You are already on the quilting, how fast you work! What are those moo cards?
I'd also like to know about the moo cards. Quilting hearts in the scrappy quilt will look great! Do you find it difficult hand quilting through the three layers of fabrics? (Strips, foundation and backing)
Oh what great new goodies and a lovely quilt to work on. I can't wait to see the quilting! (and what you decide to do with the Kaffe Fassetts!)
I'm just learning to embroider and sew. Haven't tried quilting yet , but keep looking at you blog for inspiration. pretty stuff!
Me too, what are moo cards? I love to hand quilt using a hoop also for the same reasons you mention. Love your quilt .... nice and bright!
I love your Moo cards. How are you going to use them? I'd love to order some... but, I'm not certain how I'd use them. I've seen some people use then for advertising and like a business card. But, I don't sell anything. Any ideas?

I am an handquilting addict too and i prefer an hoop because I can't stitch with my thumb. The colors of your top are fantastic.
Yay moos! I loved mine and gave them all away and have reordered. They're so much fun.
moo cards....must get some moo cards...
i love your colorful quilt!! such lovely fabric choices!
Oh how yummy that is, I love the handstitching part too, I just dont like the sewing all the tiny stuff together to make the patchwork first!
moo cards--we want to know! Next blog? LOL.
LOVE the quilt, love handstitching myself. Makes me want to get one started!
Wow your work is beautiful. I love doing crafts and such but quilting is one of thing things I never learned to do.

The Moo cards look wonderful, but I too would love to know what they are????
